1. Delivery Timeframe
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.
2. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our sweets and snacks to preserve their quality during transit. Products are securely packaged with bubble wrap to protect them as much as possible. However, due to handling during shipping, certain sweets and savories may experience slight crushing, which is beyond our control. We assure you that this does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
3. International Shipping
We ship our sweets, snacks to the following countries:
USA, Canada, UAE, UK, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and all other European countries.

For international orders, we ship using reliable courier services such as UPS, FEDEX or DHL Express.
4. Domestic Shipping
For orders within India, we use trusted domestic courier services like DTDC, Bluedart, or Delhivery. Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, with delivery subject to the policies of the respective courier service.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier company, Village Special Sweets and Snacks is no longer responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment within 2 working days after receiving the payment or by the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
